Dr. Suley pursued his medical degree at Azerbaijan State Medical University. He then continued his medical education in the United States at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he earned his doctoral degree in osteopathic medicine. Dr. Suley completed his internship program and received his residency training at the Good Samaritan Medical Center.

He provides annual physical examinations, pulmonary function testing, immigration physicals and I-693 form completion, disease screenings, consultations prior to travel and clearance for surgery, and general consultations.

Dr. Agnieszka Kokoszka graduated from State University of New York at Stony Brook in 2002. Dr. Kokoszka is licensed to practice medicine in the state of New York. Dr. Kokoszka completed a residency in Internal Medicine at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital Center from 2002-2003.

Specializing in the field of Neurology, Dr. Kokoszka is prepared to diagnose and treat all types of neurological disorders resulting from abnormalities in the brain, spinal cord, and other nerves throughout the body. Dr. Kokoszka is trained to perform a variety of tests and scans to arrive at the correct diagnosis, which is vital to creating an effective treatment plan for each patient.

Board Certified is a board certified pulmonologist and critical care specialist.

Dr. Pineles attended New York University. He pursued his medical degree at the State University of New York Downstate. Dr. Pineles continued his medical education at Brookdale Hospital where he completed internship and residency programs in internal medicine and completed a fellowship focused on pulmonary medicine. In addition to his clinical roles, Dr. Pineles has also served as an instructor in medicine at S.U.N.Y. Downstate.

He is affiliated with facilities including the Flushing Hospital Medical Center and New York Presbyterian Hospital in Queens. Patients visiting Dr. Pineles will receive a full range of medical services; such as general pulmonary consultations and customized treatment designed for specific patient needs. Dr. Pineles also specializes in Sleep Medicine.

Dr. Suleymani can receive a full range of medical services. Treatment is available for issues including allergic cough, sinus problems, sore throat, migraine, and high blood pressure.
